The Hunt Continues

First off�.in the nothing is as good as you think it will be category, insurance policy isn�t worth quite as much as we thought�.but still a tidy sum. A big hunk of debt can be retired, and that�s good. Now. We had a looksee at the next house. NICE.

Good points: HUGE for the money. New kitchen. In generally good repair, sturdy. I really liked it. Classy house. Bad points: OLD furnace. Garage needs some help. Inhabited by smokers�.I think it would need new carpeting. REALLY like it. Husband kind of likes it (but remember, he�s slow to adapt to things�) So I need to keep it fresh in his mind w/o nagging�.boys sometimes act like time is infinite�.and it�s not. Don�t need to rush or be hasty, but we DO need to deal with it and make a decision.
